Our services

SamsonIT provides AI and automation consulting for small businesses. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and does not create a contract or guarantee of specific results. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

SMS text messaging program

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from SamsonIT, you consent to receive conversational, customer-care, and account-related text messages from us. These may include replies to your inquiry, appointment and consultation reminders, project and audit status updates, and follow-ups on requests you made.

• Consent: You agree to receive text messages at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt back in.

• Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

The LAura assistant

LAura, our AI personal assistant at laura.samsonit.net, runs its own separate text messaging program on its own phone number, with its own terms. Those terms, including consent, message frequency, rates, opt-out and help, are at laura.samsonit.net/terms.html and the program is described at laura.samsonit.net/sms.html. The terms on this page cover SamsonIT's own messaging program only.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our site and services lawfully and not to misuse them, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in an unauthorized way.

Intellectual property

The content on samsonit.net, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SamsonIT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
