SamsonIT is a service operated by BrightSkies Advisory LLC ("SamsonIT", "we", "us"), an AI and automation consultancy based in Deerfield, Illinois. This policy applies to samsonit.net and to the ways we communicate with you, including email, phone, and text message.
We collect the information you give us when you contact us or request something from us. This includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share in a form, a consultation request, or the free AI Visibility Score tool. We also collect basic technical information, such as your general location and how you use the site, to keep the site working and improve it.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you asked for, schedule and confirm consultations, send project and account updates, and follow up on requests such as audits or quotes. We may also use it to improve our services and, where you have agreed, to share relevant updates.
If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from us, we may send you conversational, customer-care, and account-related texts. These may include replies to your inquiry, appointment and consultation reminders, project and audit status updates, and follow-ups on requests you made.
Consent: We only send text messages to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted by text, either through a form on samsonit.net or directly during a business conversation. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Mobile information and sharing: We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. The only exception is that information may be shared with the service providers that help us operate, such as our messaging platform, strictly to deliver the messaging service to you and never for their own purposes.
The LAura assistant: LAura, our AI personal assistant at laura.samsonit.net, runs its own separate text messaging program with its own privacy policy at laura.samsonit.net/privacy.html. The policy on this page covers SamsonIT's own messaging program only.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with reputable service providers that help us operate, such as our website host, email provider, scheduling tools, and messaging platform. They are permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, and data sent between the site and our services is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
